  • All returns must be in defective conditions and the symptoms/troubles should be
    clearly described. if the actual symptoms/troubles are other than described, labor
    and tool cost for the system test will be charged.
  • If products are returned within the warranty period (90 Days), all labor and parts
    will be free of charge.
  • If products are returned past the warranty period all labor and parts will be
    charged, and both incoming and outgoing shipping and handlings are paid by
    the customer.
  • Decision on repair or replacement will be solely under refurbsources' discretion.
  • RMA number must be printed on the return shipping label and also on the
    outside of the shipping box.  Return products without RMA number will be not
