We sell Refurbish Products!!
Most of items sell through refurbsources.com are refurbished products. A Refurbished
product is an item that is returned from customer  and undergoes a complete checkup,
most of the time by the manufacturer or a third-party refurbishing company. In the U.S
law, it cannot  be redistributed as new, even if it was never used.

Return Policy
Returns and exchanges must be made within 15 days of the original invoice date, except
as noted on particular products. No refunds or exchanges will be accepted after 15 days of
the original invoice date. All returns require an RMA number which can be obtained from
the customer service department. Returns must be received by refurbsources.com within 7
business days from the receipt of an RMA number. Products offered by refurbsources.com,
if returned for any reason other than an incorrect shipment, will be subject to 20%
restocking fee.

refurbsources.com offers a 15 day return guarantee to all of our customers except as
noted on particular products. If you are not fully satisfied with your refurbsources.com
purchase, our customer service department will assist you. Return merchandise
requirements are listed below, you must have all of the requirements in order to send your
item in for a return.

- refurbsources.com will not accept any return without a Return Merchandise Authorization
(RMA) number. To obtain an RMA number, please see RMA Number for details.

- All requests for a refund or exchange authorization must be made within 15 days of the
invoice date. All returns within 15 days from the invoice date will be subject to a restocking
fee, and shipping is not refundable.

RETURNS must be 100% complete, in re-saleable condition, and must include original
packing material, manuals, blank warranty cards and other accessories provided by the
manufacturer, in that case you will be charged a minimum of 20% restocking fee.
Otherwise you will be charged up to half the cost of the purchase price, whichever is more.

EXCHANGES must be 100% complete, in re-saleable condition, and must include original
packing material, manuals, warranty cards and other accessories provided by the
manufacturer, in that case there will be only up to 20% of restocking fee applied.
Exchanged merchandise must be of equal or greater value of the original purchase price.
In cases where the exchanged merchandise cost less than the original purchase, the
customer must make an additional purchase to cover the current price difference according
to our website prices. Customer must also pay for shipping.

RMA numbers are good for 7 days. Returns must be received by 11cb.com within 7
business days following your receipt via e-mail of an RMA Number from Customer Service.
Returns post dated later than five business days after receipt of an RMA Number will be
invalid.

- The customer is responsible for all shipping charges, handling charges and restocking fee
on all returns. Any discrepancies could result in a delay or partial forfeiture of your credit.

- All products will be accepted by refurbsource.com for same-item exchange at
refurbsources.com's discretion within 30 days of the invoice date.

- Return packages must be sent back to the return address that is on the RMA packing slip
that you will obtain when you receive your RMA number.

- Returns must be sent freight prepaid via UPS or Federal Express. Please e-mail your
tracking number to 1DGWorld.com. As a reminder, risk of loss is on buyer until shipment is
received by refurbsources.com at their business premises. Also, refurbsources.com is not
responsible for any damaged shipment that was incurred by the freight carrier. Please be
sure you purchase the proper freight insurance for the return package(s) and keep the
proof of shipment until credit has been issued by refurbsources.com.

- Failure to comply with any of the listed conditions of return may result invalidation of your
return or a delay in processing the return. refurbsources.com reserves the right to grant
return approval at its sole discretion on a case by case basis.

- Customers who refuse packages at the time of delivery will be charged 10% of total
merchant price (Minimum $25.00)

Privacy
refurbsources.com is committed to ensuring the privacy of our customers. We will not give,
sell, or in any way redistribute your personally identifiable information to any third party
unless we are legally required to go to court

Payment
Payment is to be arranged within 3 days of auction's end. Please email us with your phone
number to expedite your order. We accept credit card (Visa, MasterCard or Discover only),
credit card through PayPal, or PayPal. If you need to pay in other ways, please email us to
sales@refurbsources.com. Shipping address and the credit card billing address should be
the same. Otherwise, please email us.
Tax: 8.5% of the purchase amount for Illinois residents

Shipping & Handling
Shipping and handling charge is flat rate based on models.
Your order will go out within 3 business days after payment.
We use UPS or reliable trucking companies, Yellow Transportation and R&L Carriers, for
shipping. Yellow Transportation has been named to the Most Admired list by Fortune
Magazine the sixth consecutive year and R&L Carriers has been doing business since 1965.
Delivery takes 2 -7 business days depending on the destination.
Please include your phone number when you send us shipping address. A truck driver will
call the number to make a delivery schedule with you.
Even though we use quality truck companies, box may be damaged during delivery. In
case of damage on the box, the driver's signature should be taken on the shipping receipt
with a clear statement that the box was damaged upon arrival for a return authorization
and insurance purposes.

If you wish to ship to an address other than your billing address, please contact your
issuing bank and have your shipping destination added as an authorized alternate ship-to
address in the record/memo field. We will contact your bank using the bank number you
have provided to verify this information after you've placed an order. Please allow an extra
day to verify any alternate ship-to address.

DOA (Dead on Arrival) should be reported immediately within 3 business days from the
delivery date. A DOA will be replaced at no additional charge.
* We do not sell to Hawaii, Alaska, islands, or out of USA. (continental U.S only)
* We do not ship to P.O Box and APO.
If the package was damaged during the shipping process, you should refuse to sign and
don't take it. Otherwise, it would be your responsible to claim the damage to the carrier.

refurbsources.com is not responsible for typographical errors. All typographical errors are
subject to correction.
